Kyra Taveras

Kyra Taveras is a self-taught alternative processes photographer working alongside organizations such as the International Center of Photography, Penumbra Foundation, and FujiFilm to bring her passion for photography to the upcoming generation of photographers. She currently manages social media for Foto Care, and helps run and instruct youth programming at ICP. Kyra works with expired film, cyanotypes, and tintypes, and focuses on surrealism, using photography to create the mystical out of the mundane.
