Jake Price

Jake Price is a filmmaker, immersive web documentary producer, photographer, lecturer and educator. His primary focus is climate change and how it is profoundly reshaping communities throughout the world. Following the triple disaster of the earthquake, tsunami and nuclear meltdown in Fukushima, Japan, Jake focused on the complex aftermath that communities in the region are still coping with seven years after the meltdown. Jake has partnered with and is funded by POV for immersive media. His photographic work appears in The New York Times, The New Yorker, The BBC and Rolling Stone. He is the recipient of top honors at the World Press Photo competition for his work in Japan.
