Eva Nikolova

Eva Nikolova is a Bulgarian-born, Manhattan-based artist. She works in cameraless photography, drawing, printmaking, and hand‐drawn animation exploring themes of memory and identity in relation to place. She holds a BFA in Painting/Printmaking from Southern Illinois University and MFA in Printmaking from Indiana University, Bloomington. Nikolova is the recipient of over thirty scholarships, fellowships, grants and awards, and has participated in fully funded residencies at Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, Millay Colony, Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts, Vermont Studio Center and Kimmel Harding Nelson Center for the Arts.
