Christine Callahan

Christine Callahan is a native New Yorker. She is an alumni of the ICP-Bard MFA program and holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts.
Her photographic work has been exhibited widely including at: Aperture Foundation, New York; Fototeca del Centro de las Artes, Mexico; International Center of Photography, New York; Landskrona Museum, Sweden; LiShui Museum of Photography, China; Musée Batha, Morocco; Musée des Beaux-Arts, Russia and Musée de l’Élysée, Switzerland. Christine is a faculty member of the International Center of Photography.

She has also taught photography for the New School, SUNY, Nassau Community College and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

A solo exhibition of her new project, Waning Days will be shown at Gibson Contemporary in 2021.
