Alice Zoo

Alice Zoo is a photographer and writer based in London. She is interested in contemporary rituals and the ways that people find meaning through connection to place, community, and the body. Her work has been commissioned by publications including National Geographic, The New York Times, and The New Yorker, and has been exhibited internationally in institutions including the National Portrait Gallery, the Royal Albert Hall, and the Royal Photographic Society. She has lectured on and written about photography extensively, in venues such as Tate Modern, and in publications including Granta, British Journal of Photography, and FT Weekend. She also writes a newsletter about photography called INTERLOPER.
