Alexey Yurenev is a photographer and a visual researcher. His work has been exhibited at FOAM, Hangar, MOMus, Palazzo Poggi Museum and Rencontres d’Arles. Author of Seeing Against Seeing (Nooscope Press, 2025), he has been nominated for an Emmy Award and recognized by the Silurian Society. He teaches at the International Center of Photography and in the Columbia University MFA program.
