Free Admission to ICP's Museum During Student Exhibitions, May 18–21

Enjoy free museum admission to ICP’s galleries for Lifelines, featuring work by ICP's One-Year Certificate Programs in Creative Practices and Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism, as well as students from our ICP Teen Academy. These works represent a range of visual media from photography to collage.

Continuing Education Course—LES in Focus: iPhone Photography & Scavenger Hunt, May 20, 1-3 PM

As the popular saying goes, "The best camera in the world is the one that's with you." In this hands-on workshop taught by ICP faculty and LES native Destiny Mata, students learn how to elevate their photos from casual snapshots to frame-worthy personal images using only an iPhone. Topics include: highlighting your subject, framing and composition, using light and shadow to create mood and depth, as well as photo editing apps. After learning iPhone tips and tricks, students will go on an LES local business photo scavenger hunt to explore and document this vibrant and diverse neighborhood.

ICP Photobook Fest, May 13–14, VIP Preview May 12

ICP is pleased to present the 2023 ICP Photobook Fest, featuring 50 leading photobook publishers and photographers showcasing their latest image-based books as well as programs and in-person book signings.
