Join us on Thursday, June 30 to celebrate ICP’s co-publications for Public, Private, Secret, Printed Web 4: Public, Private, Secret and Mossless 4: Public/Private/Secret, from 6:30–8:30 PM. Hosted by Spaces Corners at ICP Museum. Copies of each publication will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Printed Web 4 presents projects by Wolfgang Plöger, Lorna Mills, Molly Soda, Travess Smalley, Angela Genusa, Eva and Franco Mattes, Anouk Kruithof, Elisabeth Tonnard, and Christopher Clary, with a text titled “Folding the Web” by Michael Connor, artistic director of Rhizome. The broadsheet publication contains ten loose, folded sheets. Each participating artist worked with the two sides of a single sheet, responding to an inquiry about privacy in relation to contemporary self-identity and public visibility. The 40-page print-on-demand “poor media” newsprint is co-published by Paul Soulellis.

Mossless 4 explores the shifting territories of public and private spheres, by showcasing the portraiture works of over sixty artists. These artists include Molly Matalon, Gonzalo Benard, Stacy Kranitz, Ditta Baron Hoeber, Bobby Scheidemann, Anouk Kruithof, James A. Mortram Signe Pierce, with many more, as well as a few poets, painters and essayists like David A. Banks and Alexis Avedisian. Designed by Elana Schlenker, the book features a reflective cover, perforated pages and a separate text section.

You may pre-order copies of Printed Web 4 and Mossless 4 online.
