Mariah Texidor

Mariah Texidor is a photographer and educator with a background rooted in the Bronx, now based in Northern New Jersey. Her work is driven by a profound commitment to the idea that "we all deserve to be remembered." Inspired by her own journey with mental health, she captures the meaningful connections people share with themselves and others, which can be seen in her project, You & I and the Shadow Self. Mariah earned her BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology and is an alum of the International Center of Photography’s (ICP) Teen Academy. In addition to her photographic practice and fine art printing business, she is faculty at ICP across programs.
