This session of Photobook Club is inspired by ICP’s exhibitions: Eugène Atget: The Making of a Reputation, HARD COPY NEW YORK, and Latitudes: Nuits Balnéaires and François-Xavier Gbré opening January 29, 2026. Some of the selections include the early edition of Changing New York by Berenice Abbott and her life-long partner Elizabeth McCausland, Andy Warhol’s artist book created with the assistance of Stephen Shore, and the latest launches from Nuits Balnéaires and François-Xavier Gbré.
The Photobook Club takes place in the ICP library on the last Saturday of each month. This event is free to attend with RSVP.
About ICP Library
ICP’s reading library contains over 20,000 books and periodicals. The reading room is currently open to the public during ICP’s monthly Photobook Club, to researchers by appointment, and to members during Library Member Hours.
