Register in advance and receive two drink tickets with your ticket purchase while supplies last.

This special event will include a 7:30 PM drag performance hosted by Miss Malice, featuring West Dakota and K.James, celebrating the many sides of the always-iconic Marlene Dietrich, who on-screen and off challenged the gender and sexual norms of her time.

Guests are highly encouraged to wear their most fabulous costumes and outfits inspired by Dietrich. Take pictures in our glam photobooth to remember the evening, with the best looks of the night featured on ICP's social media and one top winner receiving an exciting prize!

Miss Malice is a high femme dyke drag artist who has been performing in New York City for over a decade. She is the resident “femmecee” of the award-winning Brooklyn drag collective Switch n’ Play and a frequent cast member of Sasha Velour’s drag revue, NightGowns. With Switch n’ Play, she’s performed at Lincoln Center, Bushwig, New York Live Arts, the Brooklyn Museum, and the New York Public Library. Most recently, she’s combined her love of drag and film by producing themed screening shows at Nitehawk Cinema Prospect Park and hosting the outdoor summer horror  film series “Sunday Scaries” at Parklife in Brooklyn. As a femmecee, she’s known for her quick wit, warm presence, and towering wigs. Inspired by the covers of lesbian pulp novels and the glamorous vampires and villains of 1960s B horror films, Malice combines research on queer history and culture, storytelling, and lip sync performance to explore queer femme identity onstage.

She was the winner of the Brooklyn Nightlife Award for “Best Femmecee” in 2018, and she is featured alongside her fellow Switch n’ Play collective members in the feature-length documentary “A Night at Switch n’ Play,” which celebrated its world premiere at Toronto’s Inside Out Film Festival in 2019. Since 2017, with Switch n’ Play, she has produced VAMP: a celebration of all things queer, decadent, and bloodthirsty that draws inspiration from the may from the many lesbian vampire themed film adaptations of Sheridan le Fanu’s novella Carmilla.

K.James is an award-winning transmasculine drag king who has been performing in New York City for 15 years. He has been a member of the renowned Brooklyn drag and burlesque collective, Switch n’ Play, since early 2008. He is featured alongside his fellow collective members in the feature-length documentary “A Night at Switch n’ Play,” which celebrated its world premiere at Toronto’s Inside Out Film Festival in 2019. He is also a core cast member of Sasha Velour’s NightGowns and was featured in season one of the NightGowns series. He was the winner of the very first Brooklyn Nightlife Award for Drag King of the Year in 2016, and he has performed at Bushwig since 2014. With Switch n’ Play, he has performed at the Brooklyn Museum, the New York Public Library, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, New York Live Arts, and Lincoln Center.
