Bruce Barnbaum

Barnbaum didn't discover the slit canyons of the desert southwest, but he was the first to see them as subject matter for fine art photographs. In the twenty-plus years since he first visited this strange and wondrous landscape, he's produced an extensive body of work from these bizarre and cosmic shapes.
