Jan Lukas was a Czech photographer who was born in 1915. Numerous key galleries and museums such as Keith de Lellis Gallery have featured Jan Lukas's work in the past.Jan Lukas's work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from 41 USD to 2,758 USD, depending on the size and medium of the artwork. Since 2003 the record price for this artist at auction is 2,758 USD for Untitled, sold at Tajan in 2013. Jan Lukas has been featured in articles for ArtDaily and New York Times. The most recent article is Rarely Viewed Russian Photographs at Michael Hoppen Gallery written for ArtDaily in July 2010. The artist died in 2006.
