ICP Projected: Boys

October 23, 2018 – October 29, 2018 (6:00PM – 6:00PM EDT)
Free Event

Through personal, honest, and revealing portraits, Rosie Matheson explores boyhood and masculinity. She started shooting these images late 2015, documenting how young men express themselves, capturing their emotions and looking at how they present themselves in everyday life. The project explores expressions of masculine identity at a moment when the subcultures that give young men a voice are increasingly invisible.

How to View

During the day, Boys can be viewed on monitors inside the ICP Museum and during evening hours, images are literally “projected” onto the windows of the ICP Museum; they can be viewed from the sidewalk outside the Museum and are most visible after sunset. Learn more about Projected.
