C. M. Bell

C. M. Bell, 1848-1893. Bell worked with his father Francis and brother under several studio names: Bell & Bro., C. M. Bell, and Bell. In 1882 a photolithograph studio was opened. After his death, the studio continued under his wife. Bell did much work photographing Indian Delegations to Washington, D.C. He was a member and officer of the Photographic Association of the District of Columbia. Active DC, ca. 1869-89. (GEH telnet database)
