“We are thrilled to honor Kathy at Spotlights this year, as ICP continues to celebrate its 50th Anniversary,” said ICP CEO, Bob Jeffrey. “Kathy completely embodies our mission of championing concerned photography and recognizing the important stories that photographers tell through their work.”
The Spotlights benefit is an annual luncheon that celebrates women in photography and visual arts. The event supports ICP’s mission to champion “concerned photography”, and to explore the role images play in contemporary culture. Funds raised from the event directly support ICP’s exhibitions and education programming. This year’s event will help commemorate the 50th Anniversary of ICP’s founding.
The event includes a cocktail reception, seated lunch, and a conversation with Kathy and a soon-to-be-announced moderator. The event will bring together luminaries from the photography, art, and media worlds to celebrate Ryan’s achievements and to support ICP’s ongoing efforts.
