These black-and-white photographs by Alex Harris explore the Eskimo's culture.
Six trips were made by the photographer between 1973 and 1978 to Eskimo villages on the Southern Bering Sea and northern Barrow, Point Hope and Kivalina coastal regions, and in the inland Kobuk River area. Interviews of Eskimo's families accompany the photographs in the exhibition.
