Every day, Dina Alfasi takes some form of public transit from her hometown to her job in Northern Israel as an architectural practical engineer. During this journey, she began using her iPhone to photograph other passengers.

Alfasi is inspired by the little moments that happen every day. Her work is a testament to telling stories through a single photograph and proof that all you need is just to look around to find magic moments.

How to View Daily Commute

During the day, Daily Commute can be viewed on monitors inside the ICP Museum and during evening hours, images are literally “projected” onto the windows of the ICP Museum; they can be viewed from the sidewalk outside the Museum and are most visible after sunset. Learn more about Projected.
