"In 2007, three boxes with over 4,500 negatives -- popularly referred to as "The Mexican suitcase" -- were recovered by Trisha Ziff from a closet in Mexico City in collaboration with the International Center of Photography, New York. The photographs were taken during the Spanish Civil War by three friends whose images have become some of the most iconic of the Twentieth century: Robert Capa, David Seymour "Chim" and Gerda Taro.
