Franco Fontana is one of the great authors of Italian photography. For him colour is physiological sensation, emotion, interpretation and means of knowledge. His work sets aside any attempt to narrate and describe, its purpose being that to shake the mental habits which cause our sight to be blind. In this film, Fontana recounts himself by plunging in the city and in the landscape with he transforms in inner space giving a strong emotional power to matter, forms, and shadows.
