Jeffrey Rosen
President
Jeffrey Rosen is a Deputy Chairman and Managing Director of Lazard. Mr. Rosen has been engaged in international investment banking for over 40 years. He advises leading corporations in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia on mergers and acquisitions and related corporate finance issues. Prior to joining Lazard in 2002, Mr. Rosen was a Managing Director (and founder) of Wasserstein Perella and Chairman of Wasserstein Perella International since its founding in 1988. Mr. Rosen is a graduate of Yale College and Harvard Business School with distinction. He is married and lives in New York City.

Michael A. Clinton
Vice Chair
Michael A. Clinton is a seasoned publishing executive, author, and photographer. He served as President and Publishing Director of Hearst Magazines, overseeing titles such as Harper's Bazaar and Esquire. He is founder and CEO of ROAR forward, a joint venture with Hearst focused on the New Longevity. He is also the founder of the nonprofit Circle of Generosity. Mr. Clinton holds degrees from the University of Pittsburgh, Columbia, and Pace University and has published 11 books, including 8 photography books and the best-seller, ROAR into the second half of life.

Caryl S. Englander
Co-Chair
Caryl S. Englander is an accomplished documentary and portrait photographer. She has served as Chair of the International Center of Photography since 2008, having joined the Board a decade earlier. A graduate of the ICP/NYU Master’s program, Ms. Englander’s photographs have formed the core of several exhibitions, including “Acts of Charity, Deeds of Kindness” for the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty in 2005, and “Through the Lens of Faith,” installed at the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum in 2019 in collaboration with the Studio Libeskind. In addition to her leadership positions, she has served on the ICP’s Exhibitions, Acquisitions, and Education Committees, and is a fierce advocate for their programming and community engagement.

Almudena Legorreta

Almudena Legorreta is a philanthropist, photographer, and arts professional having held positions at Sotheby’s, Guggenheim Bilbao, and the Mexican Cultural Institute in New York. As founder of the Harbers Family Foundation and Harbers Studios, she merges philanthropy and visual storytelling to amplify global voices. She has produced more than 90 short documentaries, with selections featured by The New York Times Op-Docs, The Atlantic, the Tribeca Film Festival, and the Criterion Channel. Her own photographic work explores identity and representation, most recently in her solo exhibition Trixie and the Ranch. With degrees from the University of Massachusetts, the University of Hartford, and the University of Oxford, Renee’s path spans tech, art, and advocacy. She also serves on the Photography Initiative at the National Gallery of Art and supports emerging photographers and cultural institutions around the world.

Ken also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of FTAI Aviation Ltd., a leading aerospace company that leases passenger aircraft and engines, and provides a variety of maintenance and related services to airlines throughout the world. As part of his role at Fortress, Mr. Nicholson also oversees the firm’s private equity investments in the infrastructure field, including Brightline Holdings, a high speed passenger rail company operating in the State of Florida and expanding an additional system between Los Angeles, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Ken holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A native of Boston, Ken is an avid photography hobbyist and lives with his wife Rebecca and four children in New York City.

Katherine Chia
Vice President
Katherine Chia, FAIA, is a founding principal of Desai Chia Architecture, renowned for creating inspiring environments expressive of light and materials. She earned her Master of Architecture from MIT and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College. Ms. Chia also serves on the board of the Center for Architecture and is a trustee emerita of Amherst College.

Jane Corkin
Vice President
Jane Corkin is a prominent gallerist and photographer, founding Corkin Gallery in Toronto in 1978. Known for promoting contemporary photography, she has supported both emerging and established artists. In 2024, she received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Toronto in recognition of her contributions.

Bob Jeffrey
Vice President
Bob Jeffrey is a trustee and CEO of ICP. He is a marketing executive and former Chairman and CEO of J. Walter Thompson Worldwide. A visionary in advertising, he helped modernize global brand strategies. Passionate about photography, he has been involved with the International Center of Photography, supporting the intersection of visual storytelling and marketing innovation.

Jessica Nagle
Vice President
Ms. Nagle is currently an active investor in a range of start-up ventures with a special interest in healthcare. Prior to her angel investing focus, Ms. Nagle co-founded and was principal of SNL Financial now S&P Global, the premier provider of sector-specific financial information to leading global banking, trading and investment firms.
In 2015, after 28 years of rapid expansion and growth SNL was sold to McGraw Hill Financial. Ms. Nagle held many various positions at SNL including Director of Marketing where she spearheaded the design of the corporate web site through which the company’s business intelligence and financial date services are delivered to investment professionals, leading Wall Street institutions in corporate management. Ms. Nagle also managed the company’s physical infrastructure, including office locations around the world and data centers in Pakistan and India.
Ms. Nagle began her career in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Group at Bankers Trust in New York. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Sociology. Ms. Nagle’s interest in photography began with co-founding the LOOK3 Festival of Photography. She continued her journey by becoming a Trustee at the Aperture Foundation and now as a Trustee at ICP. She resides on a farm in Albemarle County, Virginia where she raises grass-fed Piedmontese cattle.

Recently he was the contributing global chief creative officer for the L'Officiel group, overseeing its print and digital editorial content in more than 30 countries, and now serves as the founder and the editorial director for the Palm Beach-based multimedia brand PALMER. From 2022 Stefano also served as the Editorial Director for TheWrapBook, a Los Angeles hardcover publication focused on the intersection of Art and Entertainment, published twice a year by THEWRAP News digital platform and in June 2023 was named Editorial Director for Harper's Bazaar ITALIA, overlooking strategy. design content for the European monthly publication.

Diane Tuft is a mixed media artist based in New York City, known for her work on climate change and rising sea levels.
Tuft is the author of three monographs, titled UNSEEN: Beyond the Visible Spectrum; Gondwana: Images of an Ancient Land and The Arctic Melt: Images of a Disappearing Landscape. She has had solo exhibitions at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, Multimedia Art Museum Moscow (MAMM) in Russia, ROSPHOTO Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia and The National Academy of Sciences in Washington, D.C. Her work is included in the permanent collection of The Whitney Museum of American Art, The International Center of Photography in New York City, The Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill, New York, as well as numerous private collections.

Chirag Chotalia
Chirag R. Chotalia is a venture capitalist and adjunct professor at Columbia Business School. He has invested in companies like Casper and Dollar Shave Club. Previously, he worked at Charlesbank, CVC Capital, Pritzker Group, and Threshold Ventures. He holds a BA from Swarthmore and an MBA from Wharton.
James A. D’Aquila
James A. D'Aquila, Managing Director at Imperial Capital LLC, has 35 years of investment banking experience. A University of Notre Dame graduate, he joined the International Center of Photography's Board in 2015. Passionate about photography, he mentors youth and supports nonprofit projects like Project New Orleans and PATCHKids.
Uzodinma Iweala
Uzodinma Iweala is an award-winning writer and medical doctor. He is currently a fellow at the University of Heidelberg Center for Apocalyptic and Post Apocalyptic Studies and an advisor at UNESCO. He is the immediate past CEO of The Africa Center in New York City and was appointed to the board of trustees of the International Center of Photography in October 2022.
Jan W. Mulder
Jan W. Mulder is a trustee of the International Center of Photography (ICP) since 2010. He is an entrepreneur and a prominent art collector specializing in photography, based in Lima. The Jan Mulder Collection includes over 3,500 photographs, ranging from vintage to contemporary works and covering a historical span from the 1860s to the present day.
Pat Schoenfeld
Pat Schoenfeld is a founding staff member of the International Center of Photography who launched the bookstore, the publication department, and began the membership and intern programs. In addition to her tenure as an ICP staff member, Pat has served on the Board of Trustees since 1987 and previously served as Executive Vice President. In 2025, the Pat Schoenfeld Cornell Capa Trustee Scholarship fund was created recognizing her longtime commitment to the success of ICP. Alongside her deep commitment to ICP, Pat is also an accomplished ceramic artist, with her work exhibited widely.
Neal Zuckerman
Neal Zuckerman is a business strategist and partner at Boston Consulting Group, with experience in media, technology, and consumer companies. A former executive at Time Inc. and U.S. Army officer, he joined the International Center of Photography's board in 2021, supporting photography's role in visual culture.
