The October 2019 Magnum Square Print Sale, “Hidden,” brings together a selection of over 100 images by international photographic artists. Photography has, since its earliest incarnations, functioned partly as a means of shedding light upon what might otherwise be overlooked. This season’s theme explores the idea of what the photographer sees that is otherwise hidden—hidden treasures, hidden worlds, hidden issues. The camera’s ability to illuminate, and to educate the viewer is key to this theme and each participating photographer offers their own interpretation.

From October 28 through November 1, 6-by-6-inch museum quality square prints, signed or estate-stamped, are available for just $100. Once the sale is over, these images will never be available in this format again. Explore the sale now, which includes photographs by Robert Capa, the co-founder of Magnum Photos, and his brother Cornell Capa, Magnum photographer and founder of the International Center of Photography. By using a link from this page to access the sale, a portion of your purchase will directly support ICP.

Thank you for supporting ICP and the illustrious work of Magnum photographers.
