Catalogue of an exhibition held at the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery, New Plymouth, New Zealand, March 13 - June 7, 2004.The largest exhibition of contemporary Japanese art ever held in New Zealand. Mediarena reflects the most exciting and internationally acclaimed artistic developments of the last 30 years in Japan, with a particular emphasis on art being made now in Tokyo and Osaka.
