Join Terri Weifenbach for a signing of her book Between Maple and Chestnut.

Terri Weifenbach's long-awaited new monograph, Between Maple and Chestnut, is an artist's book about "anywhere America," comprised of photographs made between 2005 and 2007. Here, the trees are mature, the grass is green and the sun is out—and street names are repeated from suburb to suburb across the nation. This is bucolic home, the beginning of life for many Americans. As with her earlier projects, the artist employs color, selective focus, a narrow depth of field, and other intuitive means to arrive at a place somewhere between painting and photography. Terri Weifenbach's work achieved cult status with her first monograph In Your Dreams and has since then been widely exhibited, published, and collected throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Beautifully printed on special matt art paper and bound in Japanese cloth, Between Maple and Chestnut is limited to 1,000 casebound copies.
