"Adam's and Jim's expertise and passion for photography are valuable assets as we continue to build our Board," said ICP Board President Jeffrey A. Rosen. "We look forward to partnering with them during this important time at ICP, as we move to a new exhibition space in the Bowery and further explore the evolution of photography and visual communication."

Prior to joining Imperial, D’Aquila was founder and CEO of the Mercanti Group, which was acquired by Imperial in December 2010. He is an industry veteran with nearly 35 years of investment banking and private equity experience with Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Drexel Burnham, and Aurora Capital (formerly WSGP).
