FEAR. This was an aftermath of the HARLEM riot. . . a drug store that had been looted and then closed by the owner. . . some kids then sneaked in to look for cigarettes. . . candy etc. . . some one in the house heard the noise and called the cops. . . this photo shows one of the boys coming out of the boarded up store. . . a detective is waiting for him. . . notice the fear on the boys face. . .
