Entertaining at the International Center of Photography is a privilege reserved for honored donors who maintain active annual support of ICP through Corporate Membership or sponsorship of exhibitions and programs. ICP's knowledgeable Events staff will assist in arranging the perfect evening for your guests—from working with ICP's in-house caterer to selecting the perfect audiovisual component or entertainment. ICP has ideal spaces for corporate events ranging from board meetings, celebratory dinners, and cocktail receptions to exhibition previews, private tours, and fashion shows.
THE GALLERIES
Designed by Gwathmey Siegel & Associates, the Galleries are an ideal space for cocktail receptions and dinners. Creative events such as fashion shows have also been held in this space, which includes a café area on the lower level.
Size: Two levels, 7,000 square feet, with obstructions
Capacity: Reception: 400-500; Dinner: 100-200; Dinner & Dancing: 100.
Various configurations are possible. Final size and capacity depends on exhibitions on view at the time of the event. A video projection screen is available on the lower level.
SCHOOL LOBBY
The ICP School Lobby provides the perfect atmosphere for seminars and product launches. Exhibitions in this space are also an option (availability based on the school schedule).
Size: 1,500 square feet, with obstructions
Capacity: Reception: 100-150; Dinner: 50-65; Seminar: 60-90.
SHOOTING STUDIO
Used primarily by ICP staff and students, the Shooting Studio may also be rented for photography shoots or board meetings and seminars. Availability is based on the school schedule. A video projection screen is also available.
Size: 1,100 square feet
Capacity: Reception: 100-150; Meetings: 30-45; Seminar: 50-75.
