David Seymour ("CHIM") Archive

David Seymour, known to his friends as Chim, was one of the founders of Magnum Photos, along with Robert Capa, Henri Cartier-Bresson, George Rodger, and William Vandivert. His work during the Spanish Civil War and the French Populist movement, his later post-war work for UNESCO, and the celebrities he photographed along the way, are represented in the collection through 700 vintage and later prints.
