Gallery Tours and Workshops are designed to clarify the ideas, techniques, and aesthetics of ICP exhibitions for visiting groups. The goal is for participants at all levels to build their visual literacy skills and expand their knowledge of photography.
Reservations are necessary at least three weeks in advance for all group visits.

Guided Gallery Tours
Led by Museum Educators, Guided Tours are tailored for all levels of school and adult audiences and encourage critical thinking and visual literacy.
Grades K-6: $150 per 25 students + 3 adults
Grades 7-12: $150 per 25 students + 2 adults
New York City Public Schools: Free (min. 10/max. 25)
College Students & Seniors: $10 per person (min. 15)
Adults: $15 per person (min. 10)
Self-Guided Gallery Tours
Self-guided groups explore the museum at their own pace.
Grades K-12: $2 per person (min. 10/max. 25)

Virtual Tours
Using digital slideshows, our Museum Educators can bring our exhibitions to your location. $350 (max. 20)
Writing Workshops
Museum Educators help groups to investigate the narrative qualities of photographs and inspire participants to create a story based on an image. $250 on-site/$350 off-site (max. 20 participants)
Family Programs
Family Programs bring together children and adults for photography workshops and gallery activities. ICP Members: $10/non-members: $12 per family.
Enrollment is limited to 20 individuals. Reservations are necessary.
Appropriate for children ages 3-11 with adult supervision. All materials provided unless otherwise noted.
