Faculty member Richard Renaldi exhibits his series Hotel Room Portraits at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts.

The Florida Museum of Photographic Arts is pleased to host American photographer Richard Renaldi and his unique recordings of portraiture in his exhibition: Hotel Room Portraits.  This current and ever-accumulating series establishes a routine of photographically documenting his hotel stays with his partner, Seth Boyd, to portray sincere self-portraits of familiarity and tenderness. The project illustrates a homosexual relationship expressing the prominence of human intimacy and the promise of commitment.  Renaldi’s Hotel Room Portraits is both a photographic chronicle of his worldwide travels with his partner and a testimony for change, intimacy, and the dedication to each other.
